Human support for self-represented Fair Work users

Add human support to AI access for self-represented Fair Work document preparation. Educational support only. No legal advice or representation.

Why Human Support?

AI can reduce the burden, but some users want human support to make the process calmer and more structured.

The AI + Human Support plan gives you access to a human support team to help organise your material, improve the clarity of your drafts and check that your document references appear to match the material you provide.

Human support is not legal representation. We do not file documents for you, communicate with the Commission or the other side on your behalf, appear for you, sign documents for you or provide legal advice.

You remain self-represented.

What human support offers?

Human support may help you:

  • helping you identify what documents relate to each issue;
  • helping turn notes into a clearer chronology;
  • helping refine your own draft for clarity and structure;
  • checking whether facts in your draft are linked to uploaded material;
  • checking whether cases, legislation or official materials cited by the AI appear to exist;
  • helping create an evidence checklist;
  • helping identify questions to take to an independent lawyer or community legal service.

Human support does not include:

  • legal advice
  • legal representation
  • acting as a paid agent;
  • filing, signing or serving documents;
  • appearing at conferences or hearings;
  • communicating with the Commission, employer, lawyers or paid agents for you;
  • guaranteeing outcomes or telling you what legal strategy to choose.
